Vibrant, eye-catching, and generously blooming, Let’s Dance Hot Stepper™ hydrangea brings fresh energy to the Let’s Dance® series. Its deep pink, dome-shaped flowers are accented with a crisp white star, creating a standout display on strong, supportive stems. As a continuous-blooming Hydrangea macrophylla × serrata, it performs reliably even after spring frost or pruning, delivering color all season long. A true landscape workhorse with undeniable style.

  • 3-4 feet tall and 3 feet wide at maturity
  • Hardy in zones 4-9, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in full to part sun (4+ hours daily)
  • Space plants 3 feet apart for best results
  • Produces pink with white center star and veining flowers during summer and reblooming into fall
  • Maintains green foliage from spring to frost
  • Blooms on both new and old wood
  • Great for borders, low hedges, mass plantings
  • Fall interest, long blooming, clay tolerant, reblooming
  • Shrubs shipped Nov-Apr will arrive dormant; shrubs shipped Apr-Oct will arrive green or in bloom

Care: Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. Avoid pruning bigleaf hydrangeas, except to remove any dead wood. These hydrangeas cannot be cut back or trimmed at any time of the year without impacting the bloom for either the current season or the next. Soil pH affects flower color, and it will be its deepest, moodiest blue-purple in acidic soils. Add a little aluminum sulfate if a soil test reveals that you have neutral or basic pH (7 and above).
