They both died from the way they were shipped. Most of the dirt was gone. I called and then responded to an email you sent asking about the problem. Haven't heard back. I don't have a picture as I threw them away since it was 3 weeks ago.

Thank you for sharing! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will be in touch!

Arrived soaking wet. DOA on arrival. Went ahead & planted hoping they would come back but didn't. Root ball just too wet. All my other plants I ordered looked great on arrival. They're thriving to date.

Thank you for sharing your review of your Violet Knight® Sweet Alyssums. We're sorry to hear that they did not survive and are happy to help! Please send us an email with photos of them if possible and we can further assist you!

Sincerely,

The flowers in the picture do not quite look like the flowers I purchased. Either way they're very pretty.

I have found that I much rather pick up my Proven Winners plants for local retail
stores in my area than order online. Perhaps ordering later in the season makes it
difficult to get plants that are able to withstand shipping.

Roberta,

Thanks for sharing!!

We're sorry to hear this, but we are happy to see that our customer service team was able to resolve your issue.

Plants arrived well packaged. Within a short time they were in the ground and several weeks later, they have flushed out nicely with lovely tiny purple flowers. I am sure each plant will continue to grow larger as the season progresses.
