Illuminati Sparks is a fabulous mock orange with lustrous green foliage dotted with cheery, yellow variegation. Its fragrant, intoxicating flowers will emerge in early summer and are perfect as a cut-flower stem for foliage filler, as well as adding color and texture to the landscape.
