Double Play Blue Kazoo produces cool blue foliage in a range of shifting hues through the season: red, pink, purple, and green. In early summer, very large white flower clusters appear. A great low-maintenance, deer-resistant plant for mass plantings, low hedges, and mixed borders.
- 2-3 feet tall and wide at maturity
- Grows in zones 3-8
- Plant in part to full sun (4+ hours daily)
Care: Give it a light trim after its first bloom in late spring if you'd like to see a reflush of the new growth. Remove the oldest, woodiest stems every couple of years or so to keep growth fresh and vigorous.
