Bright Lights™ Yellow has yellow daisy flowers. It is heat tolerant and blooms all season. Mounded habits really hold the flowers up for great flower presence. Bright Lights are great in both landscapes and containers. Deadheading is not necessary for continuous bloom because plants will "bury their dead" (new flowers will quickly cover old flowers).

  • 8-12 inches tall and wide at maturity
  • Annual except in zones 9-11, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success
  • Plant in part to full sun (4+ hours daily)
  • Space plants 6-10 inches apart for best results
  • Produces large yellow daisy flowers from planting to hard frost
  • Maintains green foliage in a mounding habit spring through frost
  • Great for borders, containers, edging, landscapes, mass planting
  • Heat tolerant, long blooming, deadheading not necessary, fall interest

Care: Fertilize weekly with Proven Winners Water Soluble Plant Food for best performance. Bright Lights do not like having wet feet and will react badly to constantly wet soil. Be sure to allow the soil in containers to dry on top before watering and only plant in beds with good drainage. While it shouldn't be necessary you can trim your plants at any time.

They arrived in poor health and did survive when planted. The other daisies I ordered are doing just fine

I bought yellow Africans daisies with some other plants and they came a bit wilted and dry but I watered them after unpacking. I thought that with some TLC, I could get it growing. Well, it did not. Luckily the calibrachoa and heuchera fared better.

Everything else in my order was great, but the Bright Lights yellow daisies were moldy and rotten. I tried my best to attempt to save them - dry them out a bit and cut back the slimy bits, but was unable to save them. Definitely a bummer.
