Mock Orange

Just planted this spring. Takes awhile to establish but plants are growing nicely. Bought two. Love the smaller size.

Plants arrived quick but were pretty beat up. I think they’ll survive but they definitely look bad in the ground and will take some time to recover and look decent. Next time I’ll just buy from local nursery. Lesson learned

Proven Winners Direct

Michael, Thank you for reaching out and providing us with photos. I am happy to help!!  Proven Winners plants are very resilient and typically bounce back.  However, as living things, plants always have the potential to become stressed or mishandled during shipping. The good news is that this is almost always only a cosmetic issue, that does not impact a plant’s overall health, because they have a strong root system! The vast majority of plants recover quickly once they are unpacked and planted.  I recommend pruning out the weak/dead branches and watering the first few inches of the topsoil if dry. We recommend planting these as soon as possible!! :) Our plants are acclimated to the outdoors and will be the happiest in the ground.  Your plants will grow beautifully once they are planted. If you do not see improvements within the next few weeks after planting, please reach back out to me with updated photos.

Plant severely damaged on arrival

I know the plant was damaged in shipping, so sad. It appeared it had been turned upside down and shaken. When I opened the box most of the plant which was broken fell out onto the ground. I believe it was probably a beautiful plant when shipped. Proven Winners offered to replace it but of course it was out of stock. So they are sending a replacement plant. Customer service was very nice and responsive about the situation.
