United StatesI purchased these items at the end of the season at a reduced price, and they came beautifully packaged and very green with blooms on them. They are just beautiful small starter plants but I live in zone 5b-6 so to be safe I planted them right away on the south side of the house where they will get protection through the winter. We are having a mild autumn so they have had plenty of time to get seated in.
