Mix Lettuce from Proven Selections has sweet and tangy red and green leaves that are delicious in salads and sandwiches. Plant Mixed Lettuce in containers on the patio for color and convenience to give you the freshest taste at your fingertips. Harvest in the morning so the plants can have all night to plump up with water. It is best harvested by cutting the outer leaves.

The Eco+Grande features nutrients embedded in the container walls, which help plants grow bigger and faster throughout the season when planted in the ground. Be sure to remove the tabs from the container before planting. If you choose to plant in a container, we recommend taking the plant out of the Eco+Grande, breaking it apart, and mixing it into the soil at the time of planting. When the Proven Winners Eco+Grande container is discarded in the garbage can, it will naturally break down faster in a landfill than a traditional petroleum made container. The container will get smaller and smaller until microbes consume it, turning it back into an inert organic product. Learn more about this in our blog.
