Arrived Wilted but Damp Soil

Ordered as Mother's Day gift for hard to please mother. She sent photo and complained hanging wire is thin and bent, and just a white plastic pot. The petunia plant foliage and flowers were wilted even though the soil felt damp. She said the plant perked up after a couple of days. Price is fairly high but after all the pot was shipped across country. I could not visit in person to deliver a plant. I probably won't order again as I thought recipient would be more pleased with the surprise.
