Tortuga™ Juniper (Juniperus)

Tortuga naturally grows as a low-mounded groundcover, with pleasing emerald-green foliage. It is a tough, sun-loving evergreen that transforms difficult spots into a carpet of green. It is salt, heat, and drought tolerant once established and is deer resistant and native to North America.

Tortuga reaches 2 feet tall and 3-4 feet wide at maturity. It is hardy in zones 2-7, plant in full sun (6+ hours daily). Little to no pruning is needed; remove select branches to shape or manage growth if necessary. Fertilize every spring with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food.

1 gallon shrubs are 6-24 inches tall at shipment and quart shrubs are 5-8 inches tall at shipment depending on the season and plant.
