The Color Coded® 'The Fuchsia is Bright' Coneflower is a large low-maintenance flower that not only looks great, but will smell just as wonderful. It attracts bees and butterflies, and resists deer.

  • 20-26 in tall and 16-18 wide at maturity
  • Grow in zones 4-8
  • Plant in part to full sun

Care: Grow in sunny and hot locations with well-drained soils. Tolerates light shade, but best performance is in full sun. Drought tolerant once established.

Arrived in Perfect Condition

The plant arrived in excellent condition. It looks very healthy. I have not planted it in the ground yet but don't anticipate any issues.

Echinacea Received in Poor Condition

I haven't had a chance to write about this item, but it was received in poor condition. It was dry and wilted. I get the impression that it was not watered prior to being placed in the shipping container. I am surprised by its condition because I have purchased multiple plants from Proven Winners and never had this experience.

Lovely Plants

I am quite satisfied with your plants and packaging. The delivery service is the problem. I would not be writing this, but this is the second delivery where the box was mishandled. The pots were actually cracked, and the plants were beat up and moved in their pots causing air pockets. I did not think that would be a problem, but the plants are not looking good. I tried to fill the air pockets today. Only time will tell if filling the pockets has helped. I do realize you have done all you can do to have your lovely plants arrive in good condition.
