Steady as She Goes® truly lives up to its name- this gardenia features stand-out performance at a consistency that's sure to impress. It's tolerant to a wide range of conditions, including hot and cold weather. Furthermore, it blooms continuously until frost! While we love the dark foliage that makes up this gardenia, it's hard to pass up on fragrant, beautiful, long-lasting flowers as well!

Care: Needs well-draining, moist soil. Will get stressed and drop buds if there are any moisture issues. Any pruning should be done in spring, and only to remove damaged or dead branches. Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food every spring.

Not sure what happened?

Two plants were ordered. One is doing great, leaves are nice and green and plant is budding. The other plant died. Same care was provided for both, but 1 did not survive.

arrived in excellent condition. Have had slow, but steady, growth. 3 blooms so far with many more buds. Smells heavenly. We'll see how it overwinters in our zone 7 garden.
