Shadowland Diamond Lake grows into a striking mound of heart-shaped, thick and heavily corrugated blue leaves have wavy margins. Purple flowers bloom in mid-summer and this hosta attracts hummingbirds.

  • 16-18 inches tall and 3.5-4 feet wide at maturity
  • Grow in zones 3-9
  • Plant in part to full shade

Care: Clean away the dead foliage after frost to prevent insect problems. Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring.

Fabulous plant

Plant arrived in great shape, it was larger than I expected. Very healthy looking. Planted it within 2 days of arrival. Unfortunately here in Texas the days were al above 105 so now the leaves look a bit crispy. Hopefully it will survive and next summer won’t be so hot.

Hosta Hangout Complete

I built a gorgeous new bed and potted all 5 plants. They were so beautiful and all had flower stalks. so I put them in between the other hostas. It worked perfectly as I have lots of bunnies. Keeps them intact.
