Supertunia® Bordeaux™ has beautiful light purple flowers with deep purple veins. Supertunia petunias are vigorous with slightly mounded habits that function as both fillers and spillers in containers. They are also excellent landscape plants, best suited to be placed near the front of beds. This award winner is heat and drought tolerant, attracts pollinators, and does not need to be deadheaded.

  • 4-12 inches tall and 18-24 inches wide at maturity
  • Annual except in zones 10-11
  • Plant in part sun to full sun (4+ hours daily)
  • Space plants 12-24 inches apart for best results
  • Produces light purple flowers with dark purple veining spring through frost
  • Maintains green foliage spring through frost
  • Great for containers, edging, groundcover, landscapes, mass plantings

  • Heat and drought tolerant, long blooming, deadheading not necessary

Care: Fertilize weekly with Proven Winners Water Soluble Plant Food for best performance. Give a light trim anytime you think it's needed or at least once in July and once in August. Never trim off more than 20% of the branches.
